INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process.
Import duties, taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fee or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
The amounts are usually determined based on a combination of factors that may include:
- The merchandise's country of origin or manufacture

You must contact our customer service department to return any goods purchased from us so they can authorize your return. Therefore, if you need to return a product, please send us an email at: support@flashlightworld.com and we will assist you.
You may return new, unused/unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All items that are returned to us must be in perfect condition, their packaging included. Please note that the initial shipping charges can't be refunded. Our customer service department will give you more information when you contact them (support@flashlightworld.com).

WARRANTY
Not all products are covered by a warranty. If the product brand offers the warranty service on your/the product, a warranty card will be listed in the description of the product. Please keep the warranty card and the invoice of your purchase, you'll need both to reclaim warranty on your product.
Do you have issues with a product you ordered from us that's under a warranty? Please contact us, it'll be our pleasure to assist you. Send us an email at: support@flashlightworld.com. Please keep in mind that warranty is offered by the brand itself, not Flashlight World. For that reason, our representative from the brand of your product has to authorize any warranty service before we move forward with warranty. Therefore, it's possible that we make you test the light and ask for a video of the device in order to send a visual to our representative but also to try to fix this problem with you. We're here to assist you!
If you purchased a Klarus, Olight or Fenix product from us (Flashlight World), please note each of these companies covers their warranty themselves and therefore they will assist you with warranty directly. If you have any problems with your device, please contact us and we will direct you to them. If you purchased your device elsewhere (not from Flashlight World), please contact the company you bought your product from to get more information on how to reclaim warranty on your product.
Within 30 days of purchase: Return the product to us and we will replace or repair it. Please understand the product has to be proven defective for us to apply warranty. Please take note the cost of shipping to return the products is the buyer's responsibility.
Within 5 years of purchase: Return the product to us and we will replace or repair it as long as the light is not working because of factory defects. This does not include obvious user wear or extreme damage.

After 5 years of purchase: Return the product directly to the manufacturer, after 5 years they cover warranty themselves. Please take note the cost of shipping to return the products is the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that we will not give you the information of our representative if you did not purchase the light here. If your product was purchased elsewhere, please contact the store you purchased your product from directly. They will assist you. Every company deals with a different rep.
Of course, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. IF YOUR LIGHT HAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE AND IT IS SENT TO US, WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. This warranty also does NOT cover modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an authorized retailer or the manufacturer itself. Please note that the warranty process may take 3-4 weeks, depending on the issue. Again, we're here to help so as long as we are in contact with you, you'll be advised every step of the way.
Accessories (such as pocket clips, holsters and charging cables) are not under warranty. These are accessories given for free with the products.
